Stainless Steel Water Bottles

Safety Information

  • Suitable from 12 months with adult supervision when used by young children.
  • Always ensure the lid, straw, spout, silicone seals, O-rings, stoppers and all other components are securely fitted before use.
  • Check all bottle parts regularly for signs of wear, damage or loosening.
  • Discontinue use if any component becomes loose, damaged, split, excessively worn or no longer seals correctly.
  • Do not allow children to chew or play with lids, straws, spouts, silicone parts, seals, O-rings, stoppers or other fittings.
  • The carry strap is intended for carrying the bottle only.
  • Not intended for hot drinks when used by young children. Always check the drink temperature before giving the bottle to a child.

Straw Lid Bottles

  • Make sure the straw, spout and silicone seals are correctly fitted before use.
  • Check the straw and spout regularly for splits, damage or excessive wear.
  • Replace damaged or worn parts before using the bottle again.
  • Do not use the straw lid with hot liquids.

Pour Lid Bottles

  • Ensure the silicone stopper in the top of the pour lid remains securely fitted.
  • Check the stopper, seals and O-rings regularly for wear or damage.
  • Replace the lid, stopper or seal if it becomes loose, damaged or no longer seals correctly.
  • Take extra care when using hot drinks and always check the drink temperature before use.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts are available separately to help extend the life of your bottle, including:

  • Silicone seals
  • Pour-lid stoppers
  • Carry straps
  • Protective boots
  • Other compatible bottle components

Only use replacement parts that are compatible with your bottle and lid type.

Before use, make sure replacement components are fitted correctly and securely. Replace any part that becomes damaged, loose, excessively worn or no longer provides the intended seal.

After the bottle has been dropped or thrown, inspect the bottle, lid and all fitted components before further use. Check that all parts remain secure, correctly fitted and free from damage, and discontinue use until any loose, damaged or defective component has been replaced.

Cleaning & Care

  • Hand wash only.
  • Clean lids, straws, spouts, seals, O-rings and stoppers thoroughly after use.
  • Allow all parts to dry fully before reassembly or storage.
  • Pay particular attention to small silicone components and areas where moisture can collect.
  • Not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave.


Bento Lunchboxes

Safety Information
Check the lunchbox and all components regularly for signs of wear, cracks or damage and discontinue use if damaged.
Always ensure the lid and internal components are correctly fitted before use.
Take care when packing wet or saucy foods. The lunchbox is designed to be leak-resistant for these foods but is not intended for carrying liquids such as water, juice or soup.
When microwaving, only microwave components that are specifically suitable for microwave use and always check the food temperature before serving to a child.
Take care when removing food from the microwave, as the container and contents may become hot.
Do not use in a conventional oven, on a hob or over direct heat.
Adult supervision is recommended for younger children, particularly when using the included cutlery or handling heated food.
Wash before first use and after each use.Ā 

Dishwasher Care
The lunchbox is dishwasher safe on the top shelf only. ā€œDishwasher safeā€ means the product is suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher under the stated conditions without compromising its safe use or function. It does not mean that repeated dishwasher use will have no effect on its appearance.

Over time, repeated exposure to high temperatures, strong detergents and drying cycles may gradually affect the colour, finish or overall appearance of the lunchbox. This is normal cosmetic wear and does not necessarily affect its function or suitability for food use.

For the best long-term appearance, we recommend hand washing where practical and avoiding high-temperature drying cycles.
